Yamaha Maco Racing Team will participate in the race Macau GP 2014. Slovak Yamaha Maco Racing Team is known primarily from the Endurance
World Championship. This year is our premiere at the 61st prestigious Road Race Racing Macau Grand Prix which will be on 13th to 16th November.
In association with team CF Racing 32 we will enter a Slovak team in to this joint venture. The team will be responsible for complete technical support, with the additional advantage of having direct support from Dunlop Motorsport . Dunlop is also one of the main partners of YMR Team in the Endurance World Championship.
Racing with our traditional team-number 14 ,will be Portuguese André Pires (25). Last year in Macau his clocked his fastest time of the 2:32,061 and as the best new comer in the race finished overall in 13th position. André proved his great talent and with his riding qualities could be a real contender to finish the race in the top ten.
Also with start number 62 will be racing Allan-Jon Venter (26) from South Africa. He also made his debut last year in Macau and finished in 18th position. His best time was 2:35,126. We can expect an improvement in his position to be 12 th or better in 2014.
